Vertas Welcomes Steve Collins as Associate Director Cleaning & Specialist Services

Vertas is thrilled to announce Steve Collins has been appointed as the new Associate Director Cleaning and Specialist Services.

With over 20 years of experience in facilities management, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Vertas team. After starting his management journey with Serco at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, Steve completed a series of training courses that helped underpin hands-on experience.

For the past 12 years, he has excelled in delivering full facilities management services with G4S Facilities Management, focusing on public sector projects. Steve’s dedication to professional growth is evident, having completed a level 5 diploma in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute in Leadership and Management.

In his new role, Steve will oversee Vertas’ cleaning and specialist service areas, empowering the team to deliver exceptional service to customers. Additionally, he will ensure the strategic vision of Vertas Group is upheld, inspiring the team to make a meaningful impact on every project.

When asked about his new role, Steve said: “I can see that I am joining Vertas at a very exciting time with lots of opportunities to build upon the excellent work that has already been taking place. I will be encouraging a team approach to solutions and find myself very excited to be a part of the Vertas future.”
