The history of Vertas is rooted in public sector service delivery, which is demonstrated by our close understanding of how contracts large and small operate and the financial constraints that both the public and private sector face.

72% of our supplies are sourced within 50 miles of our Ipswich Head Office and everything else is traceable within the UK.
Similarly, we use local staff, the people that know the community best, from local kitchen teams to managers all of whom are trained to ensure our customers are always at the core of what we do.
We have unashamedly high standards and manage our teams in a positive way to achieve those standards – our Regional Heads of Services work closely together to ensure a coherent service across the many geographical areas we cover.
Through open book accounting, accountable Key Performance Indicators and processes which involve our clients at every stage; our transparent approach ensures that we won’t over promise, and our service delivery will match your expectations.
