Vertas welcomes Matthew Murawski as Head of Grounds & Landscape Design

Vertas is delighted to announce that Matthew Murawski has been appointed as the new Head of Grounds and landscape Design.

With his appointment, Matthew brings 18 years of diverse experience in landscape design, gained through roles at private landscape companies, local authorities, universities, and crematoria.

Matthew’s extensive career has equipped him with practical skills and expertise in horticulture, arboriculture, and landscape design. During his tenure at Cambridge University Botanic Gardens, Matthew further developed his passion for horticulture while supporting students in achieving their qualifications.

Matthew is dedicated to understanding the environments we manage and their vital role in supporting those who use these spaces. He strives to lead with care and compassion, delivering industry-leading standards, ensuring safe working conditions for colleagues, and building strong, lasting relationships.

With his leadership, we are committed to delivering exceptional service while enhancing our eco-friendly landscape management efforts. We look forward to working together to create greener, healthier spaces for our clients to enjoy.
