Vertas Group has announced the official launch of its new Benefits Hub, a major investment in its people and a significant enhancement to the colleague experience. The Hub brings together a suite of upgraded benefits into one accessible digital platform, strengthening the Group’s commitment to colleague wellbeing, financial security, and everyday support while offering a more modern and meaningful experience for everyone.
The launch forms part of Vertas Group’s ongoing focus on investing in its people ensuring colleagues feel valued, supported and recognised for the vital work they do across the organisation’s diverse services.
At launch, the Benefits Hub includes three major enhancements:
Through a new partnership with Hapi, colleagues now have access to hundreds of discounts and savings across retail, travel, leisure and essential spending. This investment is aimed at helping colleagues make their money go further, especially during a time of ongoing cost of living pressures. It offers the chance for smarter savings and enhanced everyday value.
Further to the introduction of Hapi, Vertas Group has introduced Spark as its new wellbeing provider, expanding support available to colleagues and their families. Spark includes 24/7 access to GP appointments, physiotherapy, long term condition support, mental health resources, second medical opinions and a wide range of wellbeing guidance. All designed to ensure colleagues can access the right help, at the right time. Both new benefits are accessible in the same place, despite being with separate providers.
Plus, for the first time, all colleagues are now covered by Life Assurance. Should a colleague pass away while employed by Vertas Group, a tax free payment will be made to their nominated loved one. This addition reflects their commitment to providing genuine security and peace of mind for the people behind the business.
