Vertas Grounds Appointed to ESPO’s Grounds Maintenance Services Framework

Vertas Group is pleased to announce its appointment to the ESPO’s Grounds Maintenance Services Framework (245), a procurement solution for public sector organisations.

We are pleased to be among the 20 approved contractors selected for the framework, demonstrating Vertas Group’s credibility as a provider of high-quality grounds maintenance services.

The ESPO framework is designed to provide customers with streamlined access to a comprehensive range of grounds maintenance providers who can supply a wide range of solutions. These include regular upkeep of grassed areas, hedges, shrub beds, and sports facilities, alongside specialist tasks such as tree surgery, gritting, and snow removal.

Customers can be assured they receive reliable, professional support as providers are assessed on financial stability, track record, experience and technical and professional ability.

Vertas’ grounds team has been awarded a place on Lot 1: Grounds Maintenance Services for the East Midlands, East of England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber regions. Through the framework, we look forward to delivering our services in full compliance to new and existing clients across these regions.

The framework will run from 28 January 2025 to 31 December 2026, with the potential for extensions following this.

By accessing services via the framework, customers can have peace of mind when selecting a supplier. All the chosen contractors have been assessed to ensure they comply with UK procurement regulations. This includes pre-agreed terms and conditions, and transparent pricing for users, providing a simplified, cost-effective procurement process.
