Vertas invests in Summer hydration campaign for colleagues

Vertas is encouraging its 2,300 colleagues to stay hydrated this Summer with an all new Hydration Station, free locally sourced fruit and branded water bottles for staff.

The newly fitted station at Vertas’ Head Office comes equipped with two large Kilner Jars dispensing water infused with lemons and limes, cucumber and mint. Fresh fruit from local supply partners, Accent Fresh is also being provided daily to encourage healthy snacking during the working day.

For those who are based out in our 400 sites across East of England, branded water bottles have been purchased for them to encourage them to fill up before shift.

Ian Surtees, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Vertas Group Limited, said:

“It is extremely important that our staff are encouraged to drink plenty of water during the summer months as the roles our colleagues carry out can be very physically demanding.

“Our dedication to ensuring our colleagues get to work, carry out their job and arrive home safely is a top priority of mine and I hope this campaign encourages the importance of staying healthy and hydrated.”
