Vertas Group Appoints Ian Mcilroy as Group Chief Operating Officer

Vertas Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Mcilroy as its new Group Chief Operating Officer, further strengthening the Group’s Leadership Team as it continues to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across its diverse portfolio of services.

Ian brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across facilities management, support services, environmental services, and public-sector partnerships. He has successfully led complex multi-service operations, delivered strong financial performance and built high-performing teams across large and diverse workforces.

As Group Chief Operating Officer, Ian will be responsible for operational delivery, HSQE, and service performance across the Group. Ian will join the Executive Team and the Group Operational Board.
