Stronger Together: Building a More Inclusive Workplace at Vertas Group

Submitted by Reece Nunn | 18/09/2026

This National Inclusion Week, Vertas Group is proud to launch #StrongerTogether, reflecting our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered and heard.

Led by our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Continuous Improvement Group, #StrongerTogether brings colleagues, conversations and action together under one recognisable campaign. By raising awareness, sharing support and highlighting inclusion initiatives from across the Group, we’re creating more opportunities for colleagues to connect, learn and support one another.

Turning Conversations into Action
Over the coming months, #StrongerTogether will shine a spotlight on the topics that matter to our colleagues, starting with our first awareness initiative, #StrongerTogetherThroughMenopause.

Through open conversations, shared learning and greater visibility of the support available, we want to challenge stigma, build understanding and create an environment where colleagues feel comfortable seeking support and sharing their experiences.

And this is just the beginning.

As #StrongerTogether develops, we’ll continue to explore the experiences that shape colleague wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, using what we learn to help create positive change across Vertas Group.

Creating a workplace where people feel they belong is something we continue to work towards together. It means listening to different experiences, learning from one another and making sure our colleagues have a voice in shaping our culture.

Because when every voice is heard, every perspective is valued and every colleague feels they belong, we’re #StrongerTogether.
